8:10 p.m. update
Orange County law enforcement and mental health officials say there has been a spike in overdoses and people involuntarily being committed due to the stay-at-home orders.

6:45 p.m. update
The Florida Department of Health reported 47 coronavirus-related deaths and 261 new cases statewide since Tuesday morning.
Officials said the total number of cases in Florida has reached 21,628.

They said the death toll stands at 571.
Of the cases, 20,984 involve Florida residents and 644 involve nonresidents.

So far, 3,050 people have been hospitalized in the state. Click here to read more about hospitalizations.
Officials said Orange County reported five deaths since Tuesday morning, bringing the death toll in the county to 18.
Flagler County did not report any additional cases since Monday.

Trump halts US payments to WHO
6:35 p.m. update
President Donald Trump said he has directed a halt to U.S. payments to the World Health Organization pending a review of its warnings about the coronavirus and China.
Trump said the outbreak could have been contained at its source and spared lives had the U.N. health agency done a better job investigating reports coming out of China.
The president said the world depends on the World Health Organization to work with countries to make sure accurate information about health threats are shared in a timely manner.

Trump claimed the organization failed to carry out its "basic duty" and must be held accountable.
But Trump said the U.S. will continue to engage with the organization in pursuit of what he calls meaningful reforms.

Florida to receive 1M more N95 masks
4:55 p.m. update
Gov. Ron DeSantis said 1 million more N95 masks have been earmarked for medical workers on the front line in Florida.
He said the state worked with the White House to secure the masks.

DeSantis said the state has 800,000 of the masks in hand so far and that they are being deployed to medical workers now.

Skywitness 9 over Shamu Stadium
1:20 p.m. update
Skywitness 9 flew over SeaWorld last week while the park was closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic and the county’s stay-at-home order.
A Channel 9 photographer spotted trainers conducting a training session with the park’s killer whales at Shamu Stadium.
One of the whales was seen giving Skywitness 9 a wave.

New COVID-19 cases reported locally
11:50 a.m. update
The Florida Department of Health reported 25 coronavirus-related deaths and 348 new cases statewide since Monday evening.
Officials said the total number of cases in Florida has reached 21,367.

They said the death toll stands at 524.
Of the cases, 20,737 involve Florida residents and 630 involve nonresidents.

Officials also reported one death in Polk County since Monday evening, bringing the death toll to 10.
Flagler and Sumter counties did not report any additional cases since Monday.

Special Walmart shopping hours
10:30 a.m. update
Walmart said it is launching a pickup hour for people who are most at-risk for COVID-19.
Customers over the age of 60, first responders, customers with disabilities and anyone designated high-risk by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will be able to pickup groceries each day from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
"The point of pickup is also contact-free," Walmart said in a news release. "Customers simply open their trunk, and associates load their groceries in -- no need to sign for the order."
Customers will see a new prompt on Walmart’s website that displays the qualifications for selecting the slot listed as “at-risk only” and allows those who are eligible to opt in, the company said.

Officials in DeLand will hold a forum Wednesday to provide residents and business owners with assistance information on the coronavirus.
The discussion is set for 9 a.m. and will take place on the city’s Facebook page.

7:15 a.m. update
St. Cloud officials will honor hospital workers at St. Cloud Regional Medical Center in support of their hard work amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Officials will honor them with a “Heroes Work Here” banner for their efforts.
The ceremony is slated for 3 p.m.
5:53 a.m. update
Flagler County will open two drive-thru food banks for residents amid the pandemic.
The food banks will be located at Flagler Palm Coast High School and Hidden Trails Community Center. The Flagler Palm Coast High School location will open at noon and the Hidden Trails Community Center location will open at 1 p.m. Each location will be open for two hours.
Residents will not to have exit their cars to receive food to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

4:26 a.m. update
Florida health officials reported 29 coronavirus-related deaths and 418 new cases statewide since Monday morning.
The Florida Department of Health said the total number of cases in the state has reached 21,019 and the death toll stands at 499.
