ORLANDO, Fla. — Estimated insured losses from Hurricane Ian keep climbing.

The state office of insurance regulation said estimated insured losses are nearing $12.6 billion.
That’s compared to $10.2 billion one month ago.

Residents have filed nearly 670,000 claims.
While most of those claims involve homes, they also include businesses and car damage.
