KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The former property manager of a troubled homeowners association was arrested for the second time on Thursday following a series of 9 Investigates reports.
Sherry Raposo was arrested earlier this year on charges related to running an unlicensed security firm and hiring her ex-cop-turned-felon boyfriend to patrol the Turnberry Reserve community.
This time, investigators said Raposo is facing charges related to fraud.
Sources said the charges are related to an investigation into HOA dues and accounts she oversaw while she worked as a property manager in the community.
Stay tuned to Channel 9 Eyewitness News for updates.
Sources tell me it is related to HOA accounts she had control over as property manager.
