ORLANDO, Fla. — Three children were among six people taken to the hospital after a crash near Orlando International Airport Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened just before 2 p.m. at the intersection of Daetwyler Dr. and Jetport Dr. and involved two vehicles.

According to Orange County Fire Rescue, a total of six patients were treated, including two children who were taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital with traumatic injuries.
Two people were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center to be treated for their injuries.

A third child was also taken to APH and one other patient was treated on the scene.
A trooper from the Florida Highway Patrol is still on route to investigate the cause of the crash.
