9 ways to celebrate fall in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s fall, y’all. And while changing leaves and cooler weather may be too much to ask for in Central Florida, there are plenty of other ways to celebrate the season.

Scott’s Maze Adventures

Long & Scott Farms will host its annual fall corn maze starting Oct. 1. The farm will offer a pumpkin patch, corn maze, hay rides/farm tours and more! This year’s corn maze theme is pirates. Click here for more information.

Southern Hill Farms Fall Festival

Southern Hill Farms is hosting its annual Fall Festival from Sept. 24 to Nov. 13. The farm is closed Monday through Wednesday and open Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets must be purchased online in advance for all guests 3 and older and are required for entrance onto the farm. Children 2 and under are free and do not need an admission ticket to enter. The event will feature apple-cider doughnuts, carving pumpkins and s’mores around the fire pits. Enjoy a fall-themed coffee drink

A Lot of Pumpkins pumpkin patch

Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest is hosting its “A Lot of Pumpkins” pumpkin patch and activities. The event runs weekends beginning Sept. 24 through Oct. 30 and Thursdays and Fridays in October. Click here for more information.

Spooktacular at SeaWorld

SeaWorld Orlando’s family-friendly Halloween event is back for some seasonal fun. Spooktacular will run on select days through Oct. 31. Read more here.

The Haunted Road, A Drive-Thru Halloween Experience

The Haunted Road – Human Slaughterhouse Edition includes a 25-minute drive down an all-new route of The Haunted Road to witness spine-chilling phantom sightings.
