ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal crash Friday in Orange County.
The crash was reported just after 12:30 p.m. on Avalon and Flemings roads in Winter Garden.
The 26-year-old man from Clermont was driving south on Avalon Road when he went off the road, overcorrected the 2005 Ford Focus, went into the northbound lanes and crashed into a tree, trooper said.
The man's name has not been released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
