Florida Highway Patrol troopers said they’re looking for a white 2011-2013 Toyota Prius that hit Wiggins and left the scene. Another white car also struck Wiggins. The search for that driver continues as well. And a third vehicle also hit the victim; that driver stopped.
Late Friday, troopers told Eyewitness News they believe they found the Prius that struck Wiggins, but no arrests have been made. The car has damage to its front end.

“As we began to tow the vehicle, the owner arrived. We did speak with the female owner of this vehicle (Prius). That conversation has not moved us forward in the investigation, so we do not at this time have the identity of the driver and we continue to work these tips,” Kim Montes, with the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Tipsters can remain anonymous and call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS. No tip is insignificant.
