All I-4 westbound lanes reopen after woman dies in crash, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. — All westbound lanes on Interstate 4 have reopened after a woman died in a crash, according to Orlando police.

Police said the westbound lanes on I-4 near Conroy Road and the turnpike were closed early Friday morning due to a fatal crash.

Officers said two cars crashed into parked construction vehicles.

A woman driving one of the cars died.

The crashes happened overnight and forced officials to block the lanes.

The turnpike is open.
