KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The man accused of fatally shooting one man and critically injuring another near a Kissimmee bar faced a judge Sunday.
The judge denied Josue Carrasquillo, 28, bail on charges him with second-degree murder and attempted murder.
Carrasquillo was appointed a public defender.

Carrasquillo is accused of shooting two men multiple times at a bar in Kissimmee early Saturday, killing one, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies found the two men with several gunshot wounds around 2 a.m. at the La Cantina bar near the corner of North Orange Blossom Trail and Fletcher Street, deputies said.
One of the men was dead at the scene, while the other was taken to a nearby hospital where he's being treated for his injuries, deputies said.

Deputies said Carrasquillo cooperated with investigators.

Eliezer Gonzalez has been identified as one of the victim's in the deadly shooting.
This is an isolated incident and detectives are not looking for any additional people involved, deputies said.
This isn't the first deadly shooting at La Cantina, records show.
Someone shot and killed 43-year-old Humberto Escudero-Capoeulia in the parking lot in June 2012.
At the time, deputies said they made frequent stops at the bar for noise complaints and what they called "criminal mischief."
