ORLANDO, Fla. — Channel 9’s Roy Ramos spoke with a 6-year-old girl Monday who was handing out cards to the families of the victims killed in the Pulse nightclub mass shooting.
“I was sitting in the live truck when I saw this gorgeous little girl handing out what appeared to be handmade drawings,” Ramos said.
Madison Lindsey said she “made some cards so they can feel much, much better.”
Madison was accompanied by her mother, Lynsey Pink.
“I'm going to give them to the families who had someone die," Madison said.
Madison said she made the cards Sunday night.
Ramos asked how long it took her, to which Madison replied: “Like a long time, and I started getting sleepy.”
