Three people, including the accused gunman, were shot Friday afternoon outside an automotive store in Rockledge, police said.

The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. outside the Schlenker Automotive at 396 Barton Boulevard in Rockledge, police said.
"I see people running frantically around the mechanic shop," witness Tim Cofer told Eyewitness News.
Details of the shootings are still under investigation, but police said one person was shot and killed and another victim was taken to the hospital, where the person's condition is not known.
An armed bystander shot and injured the accused gunman, said Donna Seyferth, with the Rockledge Police Department. The shooter was taken to the hospital and was in surgery, Seyferth said.
No other injuries were reported.
No other details have been released.
More information is expected to be released at a 11 a.m. news conference by Rockledge police Chief Joseph LaSata and Rockledge Mayor Thomas Price, officials said.
